LUXBOARD A
The Standard!
Luxboard A is a lightweight aluminium panel consisting of an aluminium honeycomb core coated with aluminium sheets on both sides.
The panel combines extraordinary stability characteristics with an extreme light weight property and is certified as non-combustible material, according to various standards and codes.
Luxboard A has a proven outstanding longevity for interior constructions in shipbuilding & railway. As well as for the truck trailer industry, offshore constructions, modern interior design, machine construction, the building industry and other industry segments where high stable lightweight panels offer application advantages.

LUXBOARD A/2
The Flexible!
Luxboard A/2 consists of rectangular aluminum-honeycombs with a cover plate on one side. The other cover plate is provided as a loose panel sheet. Depending on the core’s array (standing/ laying), you gain a one-axis flexible product, perfect for bended appliance.

LUXBOARD D
The Veneer King
Luxboard D is an aluminium honeycomb sandwich panel with a thin laminate top layer on both sides. In this panel type, a sanded CPL (Continuous Pressed Laminate) is bonded as a cover sheet with a thickness of 0,4 mm on both sides of a Luxboard A panel.
Luxboard D was especially developed for subsequent coatings with real wood veneers.

The decorative Luxboard A
Luxboard A – Decor is an aluminium honeycomb sandwich panel based on Luxboard A coated with decorative materials (HPL, CPL, foil).

LUXBOARD A – Coated Surface
The coated Luxboard A
Luxboard A – Coated Surface is an aluminum honeycomb panel based on Luxboard A with a color coated top layer. The color coating is standard in white or black but can also consist of a variety of RAL colors or painted decors depending on the project and on the total number of pieces.
The panel combines extraordinary stability characteristics with an extreme light weight property and is certified as non-combustible material, according to various standards and codes. For technical data see data sheet Luxboard A.

LUXBOARD A – QA
The Sound Miracle!
Due to the „Helmholtz Resonance“-principle Luxboard A-QA can be observed as a reactive sound absorber. It reaches an astonishing absorbing coefficient in low frequencies. Until now, respective results could only be achieved with complicated and heavy material combinations.

The Hybrid
Luxboard W is a hybrid sandwich panel based on aluminium honeycomb cores and wooden cover panels. Luxboard W combines high flexural stiffnes and the light-weight character of a aluminium panel and the good processing features and characteristics of various wood types.
Luxboard W can be delivered with various wooden covers in the demanded thickness. For example plywood or high density and medium density fiberboards.
